The Chord CM-50 is a straightforward compressor pedal that adds clean, natural sustain to your guitar playing. The Sustain control works by evening out the dynamics in your signal — clamping down on peaks and bringing up the quieter parts — so notes ring out longer without any extra effort. The Attack control lets you dial in how much of your picking transient comes through, while the Level control sets the overall output to match your rig.

Particularly well suited to country-style licks, clean arpeggios, and any playing style where note clarity and sustain are key. Runs on a 9V battery or optional DC adaptor.
