Inlay and binding are the details that elevate a guitar from functional to beautiful. Whether you're adding fretboard dot markers, binding a body or neck, or creating a custom headstock inlay, we stock a range of real abalone, mother of pearl, celluloid, and plastic materials for luthiers and custom builders.

Fretboard Dot Inlays

• Abalone Dot Inlays x12 — real abalone; small (4mm), medium (5mm), and large (6mm) diameter x 2mm height
• Mother of Pearl Dot Markers x12 — classic natural lustre; small (4mm), medium (5mm), and large (6mm) x 1.5mm height
• Abalone Side Dot Inlays x10 — real abalone; 2mm diameter x 2mm height; pre-counted set for standard fret positions (3, 5, 7, 9, 12x2, 15, 17, 19, 21)
• Large Abalone Dot Marker Pair — 13.6mm x 2.55mm — oversized abalone dots for 12th fret or decorative use

Binding Strips

• Celluloid Guitar Binding — 1620mm x 2mm x 1.5mm — available in green/orange abalone, mother of pearl, tortoise shell, and red/black
• Acoustic Guitar Binding — 1.5m x 1.6mm x 6mm — cream or red
• Black Plastic Binding Strip — 1500mm x 6mm x 0.5mm — clean, minimal edge binding
• Small Abalone Binding Strips x12 — real abalone; approx. 1.5 x 2 x 7mm; for fine detail work on fretboards, headstocks, soundholes, and body edges
• Large Abalone Binding/Inlay Strips x2 — approx. 1.5 x 9.6 x 32mm

Decorative Inlays

• Abalone Blank — isosceles triangle shape, approx. 27 x 31 x 31mm x 1.5mm thick; cut and shape to your own design; each piece unique due to natural shell variation
• Abalone Dolphin Inlay — single dolphin; approx. 50 x 45mm
• Abalone Pair of Dolphins Inlay — matched pair; approx. 27 x 26mm each
• Abalone & Mother of Pearl Eagle Inlay — approx. 70 x 40mm
