Hagstrom’s HJ500 model is a true work of art. It was originally designed over a nearly 10-year collaboration between Hagstrom and legendary luthier James D'Aquisto, its masterful pedigree is apparent even today. Using Canadian Maple-Ply they produce a bright sound acoustically, whilst ensuring structural rigidity so the guitar can handle life on the road and seasonal temperature changes more effectively, compared to a solid top and sides construction.

Loaded with Hagstrom's HJ50 humbucking pickups this guitar truly stands strong in vigorous clean settings and can handle overdriven sounds very well when required, with nothing left to be desired.

The fretboard is Hagstrom's trademarked "Resinator" material, a wood composite designed to perform and feel like ebony, with higher durability, ensuring your guitar feels amazing to play for years!
